The phenomenon of absorption
Absorption is simply absorption. Special devices that use absorption as a means of cooling are mostly used in industry and where access to electricity is unsatisfactory. Devices that use absorption recover heat from technological processes and then turn it into ice. They use the absorption method, and more specifically it can be described as absorption of a gaseous substance to the full volume of a liquid substance. Absorption cooling works on waste heat. The positive thing is that, by the way, the costs to be incurred are not too high.
Such installations are unlikely to break down, such risk is eliminated by the fact that the devices are constructed in the simplest possible way (they have no moving parts, do not generate corrosion problems, work very quietly). As a result, they can be used for years. They help to save energy resources, and pro-ecological factors also make it possible to protect the environment. For these reasons it is valued higher than compressor cooling.
Interest in absorption devices
Recently, interest in absorption devices has increased, and this is the result of the still not fully understood efficiency of their work. It is especially interesting how the devices of this kind use waste energy or even solar energy. Research in this field is still going on, so the possibilities of such machines are still not known in 100%.

The basic elements that occur in the construction of an absorption device are an evaporator, a condenser, an expansion element. The method that is characteristic of this type of device is the transport of the refrigerant from the evaporator to the condenser, called thermal compressor. In the evaporator, the refrigerant evaporates and draws heat from the environment. Then, it moves from the evaporator to the absorber and is absorbed by the ionic liquid. In this way a so-called rich solution is created (contains a lot of carbon dioxide).
Evaporative cooling is a way to use cooling that does not require the use of large amounts of energy and does not require the use of high temperatures. It is an alternative to compressor units, of which there are most on the market, but they are not the most efficient. This is because they need a large supply of energy. The biggest advantage of this method is the lack of negative impact on the environment. This is because the method uses a natural way used by our body, for example. Sweat evaporates from the body through the skin, and air (which enters the device through a specific agent), helps the water to evaporate, then cools itself using a fan and a pump. This old air is immediately transported outside, and is replaced by completely fresh air. It is worth getting efficient cartridges. This type of cooling is designed primarily for those rooms where temperatures are high, and this brings with it lower productivity of employees. When using this method, it is necessary to bear in mind that in case the humidity of the air is higher than usual, the cooling power of this device will be lower.
