Time for unusual dessert recipes - chocolate cream from... beans!

To prepare low-calorie and at the same time extremely tasty bean cream we need a tin of canned red beans, a tablespoon of cocoa, a sweetener in the form of honey or xylitol and two tablespoons of chocolate protein supplement. Instead of protein supplements you can use banana.

Method: rinse beans well, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill this cream in the fridge for one hour. Before serving you can put blueberries on top or add coconut shavings.

Strawberry pancakes without gluten

To make four medium-sized pancakes, you'll need an egg, a tablespoon of potato or tapioca flour, 50g of millet flour, 70g of water or vegetable milk and salt.

Making: mix all the ingredients together until you get the consistency of pancake batter. If mixture was too thick, add water. If it's too loose, add more flour.

And what about the filling? To prepare it you will need half a cottage cheese cube, 100 g of natural yoghurt, sweetener to taste and strawberries. After mixing all the ingredients together, we get a delicious cream, which we spread on pancakes and roll up.

Recipe for chocolate biscuits

Ingredients: 50 g coconut oil, 150 g coconut/cane sugar, two eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, three tablespoons of coconut flour, 50 g cocoa, salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda, 50 g dark chocolate.

Preparation: mix the coconut oil with the sugar and vanilla extract, then add the diced chocolate. Then add the eggs and mix. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, salt and soda. Return the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix well until well combined. This will form a dough, from which you should form small balls, which we put on a baking tray lined with paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for less than a quarter of an hour.
